Since 2001 a.titolo by cultural mediation, in Turin and Piedmont, New Clients, a program to produce works of art public space commissioned by the citizens for their places to live or work, promoted in Italy by the Fondazione Adriano Olivetti in Rome. Designed by the artist François Hers as Nouveaux Commanditaires and adopted in 1991 by the Fondation de France in Paris, its purpose is to activate or transpose a question of art, quality of life, social inclusion or urban regeneration. Based the relationship between citizens, brokers and artists, the model develops a form of cultural production landscape, assigning to groups and individuals responsible for a work of art. Artists are called to share the design work, with a view to co-authorship that values \u200b\u200bthe roles, ideas and expectations of different actors. For the mediators will select the artist and the management of the design process based on listening and reading of the commissioners of the territory. With the mediation of New Clients a.titolo is applied in the district of Turin Mirafiori Nord, Montalto Dora in Turin Province, Hospice du Col du Petit Saint-Bernard (in collaboration with Xavier Doroux).
