It seems that the reason for the discomfort is to be found in the amendment (unreasonable in my opinion) the time and manner of collection. If, before the garbage was simply harvested and processed elsewhere, more appropriate, it has now preferito ricorrere a questi rumorosissimi furgoni che “schiacciano” la spazzatura direttamente sotto i balconi di chi dorme, producendo appunto il baccano che sentiamo. Il diritto al riposo vale però per tutti e c’è da chiedersi perché tali operazioni non possano essere eseguite come si è fatto negli scorsi anni, in altri orari e senza disturbo alcuno.
